National Cadet Corps (NCC)

AIMS OF N.C.C.

  1. To develop character, comradeship, discipline, leadership, secular outlook, adventure and the ideals selfless service amongst the youth of the country.
  2. To create human resource of organised, trained and motivated youth, to provide leadership in all walks of life and always available for the service of the nation.
  3. To provide suitable environment to motivate the youth to take up the career in the Armed Forces

ENROLLMENT

  1. Third Year :B-Certificate pass cadets are eligible
  2. Second Year : One year trained cadets are eligible
  3. First Year : 11th /1st year students
  4. Total strength : 52

N.C.C. EXAMINATIONS

  1. B - Certificate Examination : After two year training
  2. C - Certificate Examination : After three year training

Regular Training

  1. TRANING PERIOD : JULY TO JANUARY
  2. WEEKLY TWO DAYS TRAINING
  3. TOTAL 40 PARADES, EACH PARADE OF TWO HOURS.
  4. SPECIAL PARADES ON INDEPENDENCE DAY AND REPUBLIC DAY

  1. Lt. Dr. Wesanekar, attended meeting on, “Earthquake as Disaster” organised by NWMNC, Nanded on 22 Nov. 07
  2. Cadets Padalkar, Rauf, Balaskar attended trianing of Disaster Management organised by NWMNC, Nanded
  3. Jointly with NSS unit organised one day workshop on “Disaster Management”. 300 NCC and NSS students participated. Lt.Ghuge, Sh. Aundhkar, Lt.Dr.Wesanekar delivered lectures
